Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 (19-ounce) bags frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, (cut into cubes)
  • 12 ounces packaged processed cheese (Velveeta), (cut into cubes)
  • 1/4 cup butter, (cut into cubes)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup finely diced pickled jalapenos
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instruction

  • Lightly grease a 4-quart crock pot. Stir together all ingredients in the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring half way through.
