Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 (19-ounce) bags frozen corn, thawed
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, (cut into cubes)
- 12 ounces packaged processed cheese (Velveeta), (cut into cubes)
- 1/4 cup butter, (cut into cubes)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup finely diced pickled jalapenos
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instruction
- Lightly grease a 4-quart crock pot. Stir together all ingredients in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring half way through.
