Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 4 ounces each)
- 16 ounces Italian Salad Dressing
- 8 ounces Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 4 - 6 whole Potatoes (scrubbed and cut in half or wedges, you can peel them if desired)
Instruction
- Line a 6 quart or larger slow cooker with a Crock-Pot Liner OR spray with non-stick cooking spray if desired.
- Squirt a small amount of Italian dressing in bottom of crock-pot.
- Place 2 to 4 chicken breasts in crock. I placed them in a row across.
- Pour some of the Italian dressing on the chicken.
- Sprinkle about a third of cheese onto the chicken.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning onto the chicken.
- Place next two chicken breasts into crock-pot, if possible not directly on top of the first breasts. I did them above and below the ones below.
- Pour more Italian dressing on the two chickens.
- Sprinkle a third of the cheese on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning onto the chicken.
- Place potatoes on top.
- Pour the remaining Italian dressing on the potatoes and then cover with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on the potatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
