Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 lb Chuck Roast ((can use up to a 5 lb roast))
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
  • Buns and Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Place the roast in the slow cooker.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with pepperoncini slices.
  • Pour juice over top of roast.
  • Pour marinara over the top of the roast.
  • Use broth to rinse out the marinara sauce jar and pour over the roast.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours. (Note: If your slow cooker cooks hot, begin checking at 6 hours)
