Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 oz dry onion mix ((2-1 oz pkgs))
- 1 lbs pastrami
- 4 cups warm water
- Hoagie rolls or hot dog buns
- 6 slices provolone cheese ((cut in half))
Instruction
- Mix both onion packets and warm water in your slow cooker.
- Stir until soup mix has dissolved
- Add pastrami (Separate the slices so they cook evenly)
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 1-2 hours
- Layer meat onto your hoagie roll and top with provalone cheese.
- Leave sandwich open faced on a baking sheet and place under hot broiler until bread and cheese are toasted. (Keep a close eye on your broiler!)
