Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2.5 lbs boneless pork chops ((To give you an idea of the size of my pork chops, I had 10 boneless pork chops in my pack.))
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Instruction
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium/high heat.
- Brown all of your pork chops, about 3 minutes on each side.
- Place your browned pork chops in a 6-quart crock pot or casserole crock pot, pouring the remaining butter/cooking juices over top.
- Whisk together your melted butter and spices and pour evenly over your pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours. If possible, rotate the chops on top with the chops on bottom when you have about 30-45 minutes left in the cooking time. This will help make all the chops wonderfully juicy and tender.
