Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 1/2 pounds Chicken Wings (fresh or thawed)
  • ½ cup 1 stick of Butter, softened
  • ½ cup real Mayonnaise
  • 6 Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt {optional}

Instruction

  • Place Chicken Wings in Crockpot.
  • Cover with lid and cook on High for 2.5 hours.
  • After 2.5 hours, remove juices from crockpot.
  • In small mixing bowl, combine Butter, Mayo, Parmesan, Garlic, Oregano, Basil & Salt and stir well.
  • Pour mixture over chicken. For crispier wings, retain 3/4 cup of sauce mixture and set aside for later. {see broiling instructions below}
  • Cover Crockpot, and cook for 30 minutes more, or until done. ENJOY!!
  • For crispier wings, place cooked wings on foil lined cookie sheet and brush with 1/4 cup of the remaining sauce and place under Broiler for 5 minutes, then flip wings and brush with another 1/4 cup of sauce and place under broiler for an additional 5 minutes, then flip once more, brush with remaining 1/4 cup of sauce, and place under broiler for 5 more minutes.
