Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs fresh Green Beans (rinsed and broken)
- 5 cups ham (cubed)
- 1 ham bone
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup onion (diced)
Instruction
- Put your green beans in the bottom of your 6-quart slow cooker
- Add your onions, garlic salt, onion, ham and broth
- Place your ham bone on top of everything
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours, until your beans reach your desired tenderness
