Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs fresh Green Beans (rinsed and broken)
  • 5 cups ham (cubed)
  • 1 ham bone
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup onion (diced)

Instruction

  • Put your green beans in the bottom of your 6-quart slow cooker
  • Add your onions, garlic salt, onion, ham and broth
  • Place your ham bone on top of everything
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours, until your beans reach your desired tenderness
