Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2.5 lb beef roast
- 20 oz tomatoes with chiles ((2 - 10 oz cans))
- 1 oz pkg taco seasoning
- 16 oz bag baby carrots
- 5 medium Russet Potatoes (peeled and sliced into long thin wedges)
- 1 medium onion (cut into fourths)
Instruction
- Place your veggies in a 6-quart crock pot.
- Put your roast on top of the bed of veggies
- Add in your remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until your roast and veggies are fork tender.
