Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2.5 lb beef roast
  • 20 oz tomatoes with chiles ((2 - 10 oz cans))
  • 1 oz pkg taco seasoning
  • 16 oz bag baby carrots
  • 5 medium Russet Potatoes (peeled and sliced into long thin wedges)
  • 1 medium onion (cut into fourths)

Instruction

  • Place your veggies in a 6-quart crock pot.
  • Put your roast on top of the bed of veggies
  • Add in your remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until your roast and veggies are fork tender.
