Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 30 ounces frozen whole-kernel corn
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  • Pour the corn into a 4 or 5-quart slow cooker.
  • Place the butter and cream cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle the sugar and salt over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  • Set the slow cooker to low heat and cook for 4 hours.
  • Stir once after the butter is completely melted.
  • Stir well and serve warm.
