Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • 16 Ounces Jarred Salsa (Mild, Medium Or Hot)
  • 1 Packet Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 16 Ounces Cream Cheese (Cubed)
  • 16 Ounces American Processed Cheese (Such As Velveeta)

Instruction

  • In a medium skillet on the stove-top, cook and crumble the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess cooking fat.
  • Add cooked ground beef and the remaining ingredients to a 3 to 4 quart slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted.
  • Turn slow cooker to WARM and serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
