Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 stick Butter (melted)
- 2 small Jiffy Cornbread Mix (8.5 oz total)
- 1 Cup corn (or 2 cans of cream style corn)
Instruction
- Spray Crock-Pot with non-stick spray
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Spoon into Crock Pot
- Cook on high for 3 hours and 25 minutes
