Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 stick Butter (melted)
  • 2 small Jiffy Cornbread Mix (8.5 oz total)
  • 1 Cup corn (or 2 cans of cream style corn)

Instruction

  • Spray Crock-Pot with non-stick spray
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Spoon into Crock Pot
  • Cook on high for 3 hours and 25 minutes
