Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 4 cups frozen corn
- 1 jalapeno (finely chopped)
- ½ cup milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- ½ cup chopped green onions (plus additional for garnish)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of a 2.5-quart to 4-quart slow cooker. No need to mix them, just drop them in. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
- Stir corn dip, and continue cooking, covered, on high for 1 additional hour.
- Spoon Corn Dip into a serving bowl, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
