Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 4 cups frozen corn
  • 1 jalapeno (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • ½ cup chopped green onions (plus additional for garnish)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of a 2.5-quart to 4-quart slow cooker. No need to mix them, just drop them in. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
  • Stir corn dip, and continue cooking, covered, on high for 1 additional hour.
  • Spoon Corn Dip into a serving bowl, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
