Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds rump roast (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobe sauce
- 1 tablespoon sauce from the can of chipotle peppers
- 12 Corn Tortillas
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- any other taco toppings
Instruction
- Place roast, chipotle pepper, sauce and bbq and broth in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred the beef.
- Serve on tortillas with your favorite taco toppings. I suggest cilantro and onions.
