Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds rump roast (cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobe sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sauce from the can of chipotle peppers
  • 12 Corn Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • any other taco toppings

Instruction

  • Place roast, chipotle pepper, sauce and bbq and broth in the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  • Shred the beef.
  • Serve on tortillas with your favorite taco toppings. I suggest cilantro and onions.
