Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 12 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can corn
- 1/2 cups onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 - 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dried cilantro or 3 Tbsp fresh
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot except the chicken.
- Cover and cook low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Add in cooked chicken 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, cheese and black olives.
