Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb chicken (sliced)
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar (packed)
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 4 c. cooked rice

Instruction

  • Place chicken in bottom of crock pot then in separate bowl whisk together remaining ingredients except cornstarch. Pour over chicken in crock pot.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
  • When chicken is cooked through remove crock-pot cover, stir corn starch into chicken and sauce until combined. Let cook until sauce thickens.
  • Serve over rice.
