Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 3 lbs Boneless (Skinless Chicken Thighs)
- 21.5 oz Cheddar Cheese Soup ((2-10.75 oz cans))
- 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Salsa
- 15 oz Can Mexi-Corn
- 15 oz Can Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
- 15 oz Can White Chili Beans or Great Northern Beans ( Drained and Rinsed)
- 15 oz Refried Beans
- Tortilla Chips
- Garnish: Taco Sauce (Ranch Dressing)
Instruction
- Place chicken in a 6 quart slow cooker and cover with remaining ingredients (except refried beans, tortilla chips and garnish).
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low 4-6 hours.
- Stir in refried beans before serving.
- Place one chicken thigh in a bowl and tear into bite size pieces with two forks. Repeat with the remaining chicken thighs.
- Stir bite size chicken back into the crock pot.
- Serve over a bed of chips and drizzle with ranch dressing and taco sauce.
