Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 medium boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 64 oz. low sodium chicken broth
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 2 large dried bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 stalks celery stalks (sliced)
- 2 large carrots (sliced)
- 15 oz. can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 cups tri-color pasta
- 1 cup corn kernels (drained)
Instruction
- Place the first 8 ingredients into a 4-quart crock pot.
- Cook 3 hours on high or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the crock pot and pull apart.
- Remove the onion from the crock pot and discard.
- Add the beans, pasta and corn to the crock pot.
- Cover the crock pot.
- Cook until the pasta is tender about 1 hour.
