Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 skinless, bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 4 ounces chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 2 cups prepared marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Place the chicken in your crock pot; then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Cover your crock pot and cook on high 2-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
