Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 skinless, bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 4 ounces chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups prepared marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instruction

  • Place the chicken in your crock pot; then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. 
  • Cover your crock pot and cook on high 2-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
