Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast halves or about 2 pounds of boneless chicken
- 16 oz chicken broth
- 2 cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can corn kernels (drained well)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
Instruction
- Place the boneless chicken, chicken broth, cream of potato soup, creamed corn, drained corn kernels, diced onion, black pepper, salt, and milk into your crock pot
- Stir to combine and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- When the chicken is cooked pull the meat apart with two forks and stir.
- 4 servings.
