Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 10.5 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 2 Tbsps dijon mustard
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1/2 pound deli ham (diced)
- 1/2 pound sliced swiss cheese
- 1 8 oz bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
- 4 Tbsps melted butter
Instruction
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, white wine, and dijon mustard.
- Place the chicken breasts into a crock pot. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Pour about 1/4 of the sauce on the chicken.
- Put the diced deli ham on top of the chicken and lay the swiss cheese slices on the ham. Pour the rest of the sauce over top.
- Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over top. Pour the melted butter evenly over the stuffing mix.
- Turn the crock pot on low for 6 hours.
