Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 10.5 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 2 Tbsps dijon mustard
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1/2 pound deli ham (diced)
  • 1/2 pound sliced swiss cheese
  • 1 8 oz bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
  • 4 Tbsps melted butter

Instruction

  • In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, white wine, and dijon mustard.
  • Place the chicken breasts into a crock pot. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Pour about 1/4 of the sauce on the chicken.
  • Put the diced deli ham on top of the chicken and lay the swiss cheese slices on the ham. Pour the rest of the sauce over top.
  • Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over top. Pour the melted butter evenly over the stuffing mix.
  • Turn the crock pot on low for 6 hours.
