Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 lbs. chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
- 3 cans cans red kidney beans and liquid
- 1 can can stewed tomatoes and liquid
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup elbow macaroni
- shredded cheese
Instruction
- Place the first 7 ingredients into a 6-quart crock pot.
- Cook for 3 hours on high or 5 hours on low or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the elbow macaroni to the crock pot and cook for 30 to 60 minutes more or until the pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle each serving with shredded cheese.
- Makes 4 servings
