Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 24 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed OR 3 c of sliced or shredded potatoes)
- 10 3/4 oz can cream of potato soup
- 16 oz container of ranch dip
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt pepper and garlic powder (to taste)
- 6 oz can French-fried onions
Instruction
- Mix together your potatoes, soup, dip, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder in your crock pot
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours
- Stir once after 2 hours
- Serve with a sprinkling of French-fried onions
