Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 24 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed OR 3 c of sliced or shredded potatoes)
  • 10 3/4 oz can cream of potato soup
  • 16 oz container of ranch dip
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt pepper and garlic powder (to taste)
  • 6 oz can French-fried onions

Instruction

  • Mix together your potatoes, soup, dip, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder in your crock pot
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours
  • Stir once after 2 hours
  • Serve with a sprinkling of French-fried onions
