Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 8 potatoes (peeled and cut into small cubes)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 16 oz Velveeta (cubed)
  • 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken (cut into large cubes)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 cup milk

Instruction

  • Put all your ingredients in your 6-quart slow cooker with the potatoes on bottom
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
