Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 8 potatoes (peeled and cut into small cubes)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 16 oz Velveeta (cubed)
- 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken (cut into large cubes)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 cup milk
Instruction
- Put all your ingredients in your 6-quart slow cooker with the potatoes on bottom
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
