Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar (divided)
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded )
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)
- Garnish: Chopped Parsley
Instruction
- Saute mushrooms in butter, onion and garlic.
- Combine with cabbage, 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar, parmesan, broth, chicken, egg, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well and place in a 6 quart slow cooker.
- Top with cream cheese and remaining cheddar cheese.
- Cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low for 4-5 hour OR until cabbage is tender.
