Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 26 oz bag frozen shredded hashbrowns (frozen)
  • 10.5 oz Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 lb bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled, divided)
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (divided)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Mix together your frozen hashbrowns, soup, half of your bacon, half a cup of shredded cheese and salt and pepper to taste in a casserole crock pot or 6 quart crock pot and spread evenly across crock pot
  • Sprinkle your remaining cheese evenly across the top followed by your remaining bacon
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, turning your insert halfway through the cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly
