Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Pounds Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion (Diced)
- 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
- 14.5 Ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes (Drained)
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Barbecue Seasoning
- 16 Ounces American Cheese (Such As 2% Milk Velveeta Brand, Cubed)
Instruction
- In a large skillet add the ground beef, diced onion and diced bell pepper and cook until the meat is browned, crumbled and no longer pink.
- Drain meat to remove fat.
- Add the cooked meat mixture to a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 4 hours or until all the cheese is melted and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve on your favorite hamburger buns or rolls.
