Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Pounds Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion (Diced)
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • 14.5 Ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes (Drained)
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Barbecue Seasoning
  • 16 Ounces American Cheese (Such As 2% Milk Velveeta Brand, Cubed)

Instruction

  • In a large skillet add the ground beef, diced onion and diced bell pepper and cook until the meat is browned, crumbled and no longer pink.
  • Drain meat to remove fat.
  • Add the cooked meat mixture to a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 4 hours or until all the cheese is melted and the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve on your favorite hamburger buns or rolls.
