Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb boneless (skinless chicken thighs)
- 3/4 cup Catalina dressing
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup juice from the can of pineapple chunks
- 2 cups of rice (prepared)
Instruction
- Place your chicken in the bottom of your crock pot
- Pour your dressing on top
- Top with your pineapple chunks
- Pour your pineapple juice on top
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours
- Serve over a bed of rice with the sauce ladled over the top
