Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 small head cauliflower (leaves and stem removed)
- 1 envelope envelope Ranch Dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded white sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
Instruction
- Place the first 4 ingredients into a crock pot slow cooker, cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours depending how large a head of cauliflower you are using. Cauliflower should be very fork tender.
- When the cauliflower is done add the cream cheese, sharp white cheddar cheese and butter milk to the crock pot. Using a large spoon mix the ingredients together. The cauliflower should fall apart as you mix.
- Recover and heat for 10 minutes on low until the cheeses have melted.
- Using a hand mixer beat until creamy.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
