Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (or 2 cups cooked chicken)
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce

Instruction

  • If using a rotisserie chicken remove the meat from the bones and roughly chop.
  • Place one cup of sharp cheddar cheese plus all the other ingredients into a 4 or 6 quart crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheddar cheese over the top and cook until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with chips.
