Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken (or 2 cups cooked chicken)
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
Instruction
- If using a rotisserie chicken remove the meat from the bones and roughly chop.
- Place one cup of sharp cheddar cheese plus all the other ingredients into a 4 or 6 quart crock pot.
- Cook on low for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheddar cheese over the top and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Serve with chips.
