Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 8 oz tube crescent rolls
- 1 lb ground sausage (browned and drained)
- 1 cup frozen diced potatoes (thawed)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instruction
- Unroll your crescent rolls in the bottom of a casserole crock pot or 6-quart crock pot, pinching together all of the seams.
- Sprinkle your browned sausage, potatoes and shredded Cheddar evenly across your rolls.
- Mix together your eggs, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour evenly over top of everything.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
