Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 8 oz tube crescent rolls
  • 1 lb ground sausage (browned and drained)
  • 1 cup frozen diced potatoes (thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instruction

  • Unroll your crescent rolls in the bottom of a casserole crock pot or 6-quart crock pot, pinching together all of the seams.
  • Sprinkle your browned sausage, potatoes and shredded Cheddar evenly across your rolls.
  • Mix together your eggs, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Pour evenly over top of everything. 
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
