Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups dry bowtie pasta (cooked al dente and dry)
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 30 oz pizza sauce ((2 - 15 oz jars))
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1.5 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instruction
- In a skillet, brown your ground sausage with your onion and drain
- In the large pot, mix together your al dente pasta, ground sausage, salt, garlic powder and pizza sauce
- Spread this mixture in a lightly greased casserole crock pot or 6 quart crock pot
- In a separate bowl, mix together your cream cheese, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese (with a mixer or by hand, either one)
- Use a 1/3 cup measuring cup to place 8 dollops of your cheese mixture evenly atop your sausage and pasta mixture
- Top with your mozzarella cheese
- Cover and cook on high for 1.5 - 2 hours, turning your insert halfway through if your crock pot does not cook evenly
