Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Ham (pre-cooked, spiral cut {can use bone in or boneless})
- 1 16-18 oz jar seedless blackberry jam
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 pint blackberries (for garnish {optional})
Instruction
- Add blackberry jam and syrup to a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir and cook until smooth and warm. You should have about 3 cups.
- Pour 1 cup of blackberry glaze in the inside bottom of the Crock-Pot.
- Add your ham, flat side down.
- Pour remaining glaze all over the ham.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- When ready to serve, move ham to a platter.
- Pour on extra liquid from the Crock-Pot to keep the ham moist and garnish with fresh blackberries.
