Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese (cubed)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix (or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Beer (your favorite brand)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a 2.3 to 3 quart slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to make sure the cheese is melting evenly.
  • Turn slow cooker to the WARM setting to keep it warm while serving with crackers, chips, pretzels or sausages. Or, spoon dip into a bowl and serve that way.
