Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 32 oz frozen diced potatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
  • 1 lb bacon (cooked crisply and crumbled)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 32 oz beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instruction

  • Combine your frozen potatoes, browned ground beef, crumbled bacon, onion, beef broth and water in your 6-quart crock pot
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3 hours
  • Mix together your flour, salt, pepper and milk in a bowl and pour into your crock pot
  • Cover and cook on high for 20-30 mins, until your soup has thickened to desired consistency
  • Sprinkle your cheese on top of your soup and stir until your cheese melted
