Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion (chopped)
- 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 Cups Uncooked Barilla® Elbow Macaroni
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1.5 Cups Boiling Water
- 16 oz Velveeta Cheese (cubed)
- 12 oz Can Evaporated Milk
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Instruction
- Cook ground beef, onion and garlic together until fully cooked. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile place macaroni in microwave safe bowl and toss will olive oil. Cook at 50% power for 3 minutes until the pasta is toasted and some of the noodles begin to blister.
- Place pasta in the slow cooker and pour boiling water on top of it. (Pasta will sizzle.)
- Top with remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
