Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 lb beef chuck roast
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup onion (chopped (or ¼ cup dried minced onion))
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- extra-wide egg noodles (prepared)
- mashed potatoes (prepared)
Instruction
- Put your roast in the bottom of your 6 quart slow cooker.
- Mix together your broth, onion and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Pour broth mixture over your roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until your roast is fork tender.
- Make a bed of mashed potatoes topped with extra-wide egg noodles or just noodles or just mashed potatoes.
- Place a serving of beef on top and ladle juices over top.
