Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 1/2 Pounds Pork Ribs (Cut So They Fit In Your Slow Cooker (*See Note))
  • 1 1/2 Cups Ketchup
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (Light Or Dark)
  • 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Seasoning Salt

Instruction

  • Place the pork ribs in a 6 quart or larger slow cooker.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, liquid smoke and seasoning salt). Pour over ribs in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. If cooking on HIGH watch your ribs to make sure the sauce doesn't burn.
