Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza crust
- 2.5 cups chicken (cooked and cubed)
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup red onion (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup green pepper (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup yellow pepper (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
Instruction
- Lightly spray your 6-quart crock pot or Casserole Crock Pot with cooking spray and spread your pizza crust out, pushing the edges up the side of your crock.
- Pour your bbq sauce on your crust and spread evenly with a spoon
- Sprinkle your cheese evenly across the top, reserving a little to put on top of your toppings if you would like
- Add your toppings and remaining cheese, if you reserved some
- Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, turning your insert halfway through if your slow cooker doesn't cook evenly. It is done when the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
