Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can diced tomatoes ((14.5 oz can) )
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instruction

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of crockpot.
  • Add in the sliced onion.
  • Season with the garlic salt and pepper.
  • Toss in the can of tomatoes
  • Pour Balsamic vinegar over it all
  • Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve as is or over your favorite type of pasta. Enjoy!
