Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken (we prefer thighs)
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 8 oz cream cheese (very soft)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 8 slices crisp bacon (crumbled, divided)
  • 3 green onions (chopped, divided)

Instruction

  • Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine mayo and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  • Mix half of the onions, half of the cheese and half of the bacon.
  • Smother mixture over the chicken chicken
  • Sprinkle rest of bacon onions and cheese over top.
  • Cook low 4-4.5 hrs
  • Serve with slotted spoon or slotted spatula.
