Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken (we prefer thighs)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 8 oz cream cheese (very soft)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 8 slices crisp bacon (crumbled, divided)
- 3 green onions (chopped, divided)
Instruction
- Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine mayo and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix half of the onions, half of the cheese and half of the bacon.
- Smother mixture over the chicken chicken
- Sprinkle rest of bacon onions and cheese over top.
- Cook low 4-4.5 hrs
- Serve with slotted spoon or slotted spatula.
