Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts (drained and coarsely chopped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 4 ounces lump crab meat (drained)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 4 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Sliced baguette or butter crackers (for dipping)

Instruction

  • Spray the inside of a 1.5-quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray
  • Mix all the ingredients together in the crock pot until combined.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2-3 hours or until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Scrape down the sides of the crock pot with a rubber spatula and stir once more before serving. Top with extra green onion if desired.
  • Turn crock pot to WARM and serve with baguette slices and/or butter crackers.
