Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 8 cups peeled and chopped apples (about 8 large apples)
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, optional

Instruction

  • Ideal slow cooker size: 4-Quart.
  • Coat your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  • Place the apples, cider, brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon (if using) in your slow cooker and stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours, or until apples are tender.
