Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 3 lbs baby back ribs
  • salt and pepper (enough to sprinkle over ribs)
  • 16 oz jar apple butter
  • 18 oz bottle bbq sauce
  • 1 onion

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 350
  • Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper and bake for 30 minutes on a baking sheet with sides
  • Cut onion into quarters and set aside
  • Mix together apple butter and favorite bbq sauce and set aside
  • Cut ribs into serving size pieces and place into crock pot
  • Place onion quarters on top of ribs and drizzle the sauce mixture over everything
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
