Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops
  • ¼ Cup Butter (melted)
  • ½ Cup Sherry (can substitute chicken broth)
  • ½ Cup Chive and Onion Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 10¾ oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 oz Package Italian Dressing Mix
  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt (to taste)
  • 4 oz Can of Mushrooms (drained)
  • 12 oz Cooked Angel Hair Pasta or Spaghetti

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients-except pork and pasta-in a mixer and mix on low for 2 minutes.
  • Place pork in a skillet or browning slow cooker and sprinkle with Lawry's Seasoned Salt.
  • Brown on both sides, top with mushrooms and slather mixture over the top.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until pork is tender.
  • Serve over angel hair pasta or spaghetti.
