The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 3 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • Baked Tofu Nuggets (sliced in half)
  • 4 tablespoons Sweet Mustard Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds ((optional))

Instruction

  • In two bowls, place Romaine lettuce, sliced onion, chopped celery, dried cranberries, and tofu nuggets. Drizzle sweet mustard dressing on top.
