- 3 cups Romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- Baked Tofu Nuggets (sliced in half)
- 4 tablespoons Sweet Mustard Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Tamari Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds ((optional))
Instruction
- In two bowls, place Romaine lettuce, sliced onion, chopped celery, dried cranberries, and tofu nuggets. Drizzle sweet mustard dressing on top.
