- Oil for deep-frying
- 2 Tbsp of store-bought red chili paste
- 4 Tbsp of sugar
- 1/3 cup of rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/2 Tbsp of corn starch + 1 Tbsp of water
