Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Baby Potatoes - 1/2 kg (Boiled and peeled)
- Spring Onions - 2-3 pcs (Sliced white portion, Chopped greens)
- Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Sugar - 1-2 tsps
- Tamarind pulp - 1/2 cup
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Instruction
- Frying potatoes - Coat potatoes with 1-2 tsp oil along with salt. Fry these potatoes in preheated air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 min first. Check if potatoes are crisp, else airfry for another 10 mins.
- Gravy - Heat 1-2 tsp oil in a kadai, saute onions both white and greens along with ginger. for 2-3 min maintaining the crispness.
- Add fried potatoes to the cooked material, add tamarind pulp, soya sauce. Lastly add sugar and cook for 1-2 min. 4. Serve hot with bread or fried rice.
