The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoon butter (unsalted, melted)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
Instruction
- Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil and cook them for 20-30 minutes, or until fork tender. Drain.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Spray a baking sheet lightly with cooking spray. Place the potatoes on the sheet and using a masher or fork, gently smash each potato until flat while still in one piece.
- Whisk the butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together. Use a spoon to drizzle the mixture over all the potatoes.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisped.
