The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1 pound of raw, (deveined shrimp (I also butterfly mine))
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 mango, (peeled and sliced into matchsticks)
  • 1 bunch of bibb lettuce or rainbow chard leaves
  • 2 seedless cucumbers, (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 avocado, (peeled, pitted and chopped)
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 12 rice paper wrappers, (optional)
