Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4 oz. prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- 2 pieces lavash or flatbread
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup arugula
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onions
- shaved Parmesan
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place sliced prosciutto in a dry skillet and cook over medium-high heat until crispy; set aside.
- Brush tops of both pieces of lavash bread with olive oil. Sprinkle pepper and red pepper flakes evenly on top of lavash.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes, or until lavash just begins to turn crispy.
- Remove lavash from oven and flip over. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and garlic evenly on top. Return lavash to oven and continue baking for 5-6 more minutes, or until cheese has melted.
- Remove lavash from oven and top with crispy prosciutto, arugula, red onions and shaved Parmesan.
- Cut into pieces and serve warm or at room temperature.
