Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4 oz. prosciutto (thinly sliced)
  • 2 pieces lavash or flatbread
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onions
  • shaved Parmesan

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place sliced prosciutto in a dry skillet and cook over medium-high heat until crispy; set aside.
  • Brush tops of both pieces of lavash bread with olive oil. Sprinkle pepper and red pepper flakes evenly on top of lavash.
  • Bake for 5-6 minutes, or until lavash just begins to turn crispy.
  • Remove lavash from oven and flip over. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and garlic evenly on top. Return lavash to oven and continue baking for 5-6 more minutes, or until cheese has melted.
  • Remove lavash from oven and top with crispy prosciutto, arugula, red onions and shaved Parmesan.
  • Cut into pieces and serve warm or at room temperature.
